The Evolving IAT: Upcoming Changes and Cross-Border Impact

International ACH Transactions (IAT) provide a critical bridge between domestic and global payments. This course helps students understand how IATs are formatted, monitored, and settled, and why they play an essential role in cross-border operations. Students will also explore compliance and sanctions screening requirements, operational standards that support transaction integrity, and upcoming changes to IAT processing and requirements, with a focus on what those changes mean for financial institutions and their cross-border payment strategies.
