The Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit is a key resource for financial institutions to use in the fight for consumer protection. This course explores the oft-used - but also oft-misused - form, when it should be obtained, how it should be maintained and how it should be shared when required. Using real-life examples faculty will engage students in an interactive workshop highlighting Return Reason Code and Reg E requirements.
